How do I order?
Ordering can be done via email or phone. Fill out the contact form for current catalog pricing, email or call with your order, and a quote and instructions will be sent your way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending on location and size of order. Please contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Do I need equipment to unload our shipment?
Most orders require a loading dock and forklift or pallet jack to unload.
How long will my order take?
Orders can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 10 weeks to complete and ship. See your quote for your estimated delivery time.
Are obstacles difficult to set up?
Not at all! Our products are designed for easy setup and take down so that you can do it yourself, on site. No tools necessary.
How are the obstacles secured to the ground?
We include sand bags in your order to secure obstacles when needed. Just fill them up and place them on footings and you are ready to go. If you are located in windy areas, it is recommended that you further secure your obstacles to prevent damage.
What if something breaks?
While our products are of the highest quality, once in awhile a piece may be broken. If so, send us a photo and description of what broke and we will do our best to get you back up and running.
